HELP, Pleco has LARGE belly ( PICS included)

My pleco started getting a belly 4 weeks ago and it has gotten huge since then.Here are some pics in hope someone can help.BTW there is another pleco in the tank with this one and fish.

Looks like dropsy, for which there is no effective cure. You might want to search the forums to see what else you can find on this subject.
