Will a Siamese fighting fish get along with 6 danios?

Yes, as long as the danio's aren't those uggly long-fin version.

I know Zebra or long finned zebra danios are fast swimmers and will probably get to the food faster than the betta.

Neon tetras should be no problem. Make sure the tank is well established, with good filtration, becuase neon tetras are known to be sensitive to water conditions.
