My clown loach is breathin really fast and his band that goes across the eye is grey and not black. any1 know why??

has no one ever had this problem wiv dere clown loaches??? :?: :?: :?: he looks like his eyes are slightly bulging, but he may just be looking at me

Can any1 identify this illness????????????
