ordering online-feedback

Post by mommabird »

Has anyone here had any dealings with Fish2u.com or Aqurium fishnet?

There is a very limited choice of plecos in my area and I was thinking of making a purchase online.

Or, if you have any other reputable suggestions I would appreciate it.

Thanks :D

I totally sympathize with your lack of L # selection.
Last year a guy at my LFS suggested that I look on http://www.aquabid.com. I've gotten a L47, L128, L200, L330, and a group of baby albino Bristlenoses at very good prices from aquabid dealers.
Like with every auction site, definitely be careful and read the seller's feedback before bidding. If something sounds TOO good to be true, then it probably is. Definitely ask for shipping quotes if they are not listed. Some of the people on there also have their own websites.
Good luck. :)

I order a large percentage of my plecos and catfish from Julie at http://www.frybabies.com . If she doesn't have something I want on her list, she'll work to find it for me.
