Could this fish be Phractocephalus hemioliopterus?

Could this fish be Phractocephalus hemioliopterus?

Could this fish be Phractocephalus hemioliopterus? It is identified as it in the Monterrey aquarium... but to me it has a very light coloration... and old individual? another species?
