Feeding Synodontis nigriventris

Hi

I was just wondering what do you guys feed your USD Cats?? I currently feed them algae waffers, cucumber and zuchini, but what other stuff could I give them?

Also, do you guys put their food right on the open or inside their hiding places. I'm asking this because my mollies and Opaline Gourami seem to like their algae waffers too (even after eating flakes, cucumber and zuchini) and since these cats are the new guys in the tank they get pretty shy and will only eat when the other tankmates are away from their food :x

I feed mine frozen bloodworms, mosquito larvae,blended shrimp even some flake but the biggest thing is they are not to quick to go after the food,you may have to start feeding them every other day or so after lights out giving the others some time to settle down.
