Zebra tank setup... Help Please

As you I have been looking for zebras, and I think I have finally found some. I plan on giving them a 20 long, and need advice. I was thinking of a thin layer of sand, 2-3 slate caves, some driftwood that goes over the caves, and rocks, tons of them. Every week I plan on changing the water, and each week I plan to vacuum were I can get, out in the open. Then, every 2 weeks I plan on taking the rocks out and driftwood and vacuuming there. What do you think. I plan on getting the tank setup by this weekend. The filter will be something that gets 150 gallons and hour, and circulation will be something that you guys recommend. I want to try a sponge pump circulation like Barbie has in her 10 gallon QA tank, so recommendations for that would be appreciated.
