Spring Auction

Post by medaka »

Hi ALL :)

Just a few lines to remind all UK based catfish Lovers that the Catfish Study Group's spring auction is only two weeks away, and like the Autumn auction it will be held at the new CSG head quarters in Darwen, Lancashire.
(within a couple of minuites of the motorway).
for further details see: - spring auction

[Usual rules apply re-electrical goods, apart from 'painted' fish and/or similar genetic type enhancements.non catfish species are allowed].

Introduction and Spring Auction

Post by TP »

Hi

I'm a new member of the group and would like to introduce myself and ask a question on the spring auction at the same time!

My name's Tony and I'm from Southport in the North West of the UK. I have in the last year become a fishkeeper again after an absense of around 15 years

I joined the CSG in January and would like to attend on Sunday, however I can't find any mention of the time that these meetings usually start so was wondering if somebody could let me know?

Cheers

Tony

Hi Tony,
Get there for 1230hrs, for a pint and an auction start around 1300hrs. Usually go on until 1700hrs - or possibly longer! But we get kicked out of the meeting room at 1800hrs.

If your selling try and get there by 1200hrs and give the auction nmanager a call to book your lot - Roy's number is on the CSG website.

Hope you enjoy the experience!

Mark.
