I have been more successful than I hoped ( a nice situation to be in but..) I have a mixture of paleatus, aeneus and pygmy fry that are doing fine. I also have newly hatched paleatus and aneneus. The problem begins with the napoensis eggs and more paleatus eggs. I believe I can hatch them in the net traps but want to know whether they will have problems with barbels loss if I rear them in it. If this is not apporpriate I will look for some other way.
I also wondered if anyone has used the small low wattage reptile matss to maintain water temp in small ice cream containers. I dont have the luxury of a fish house and maintaining temperature is proving hard work. I have used them for reptiles and they only heat to about 74 help please
