in general, my my Brochis multiradiatus feel fine. This is how tehy should look like:

But there are two guys that are hurt at its mouth. This is probably due to panic escape in the tank when they swim against the wall / glas.
Or even more often: when they ascend to the surface to take a breath. As these large speicies (the largest about 14cm TL) are is very quick ...and the reach the top glas of the tank with high speed ....bong !
They need much space between water surface and top glas.

Here the two hurt species. That one on the right has two wounds on right and left, his mouth ist swollen a bit.
The other species on the left does not like fotografing...for detail see this picture:

If you look close, one may imagine a strukture like a "v" upside down. This is a hole....so it has two openings at his mouth.
Since i'm running an UCV cleaner, there is no more funghus...but these wounds do not heal. They have for at least severeal month - more or less stable.
This seems to be a feature for more Brochis..once hurt, they "refresh" very slowly...
General tank setup: 130x60x60cm, 26-28°, 250-300µS/cm, two "hamburg mat filters" with airlift, each about 750l/h, weekly water change of about 55%, buttom: fine sand.
tank mates: 7 B.multiradiatus, 6 C.panatanalensis, 6 B.cf britski, some (25-30 ?)C.hastatus.
The problem is to make the wounds heal.
Any ideas ?
Or someone else with similar problems ?
