Got three individuals of
Gymnallabes typus in a shipment today. Very cool critters (they were sold to us as
Channallabes apus... I was a bit disapointed that they were
Gymnallabes instead, it would have been interesting to study the unusual feeding behaviour of
Channallabes) Well well, still very interesting looks... They look like the stuff that nightmares are made of!
I noted something strange with them though, one of them is about 20-30% larger and MUCH darker (almost black) than the other two, who are pinkish.
