Birchirs and bristlenoses

Post by whiteymoza »

I have two senegal birchirs (7-8in) in with my 4 bristlenoses (2in)and my L-14 (4in) Im planning on turning the talk into a river tank. Its currently heavilly planted with Limnophila sessiliflora but it looks a complete mess and the wase build up is huge. Anyway what I want to know is are the birchirs likeley to be a problem with the bristlenoses they are currently unaggressive or will they have a problem with a strong current?

Bichirs are not aggressive, but are efficient predators. Any fish under 3" would be under threat from 8" Polypterus.
