help with haraldschultzi

Post by flash »

hi all
a few months ago my cory haraldschultzi spawned but i was to slow to collect the eggs and only managed to save 4
since then ive tried all kinds of ways to start them off again .but to no avail.
my sterbi in my main tank spawn every couple of weeks and i noticed that a few other corys join in the chase and stay with them while they spawn.i thought it might help if i put just the sterbi and haraldschultzi in a tank of thair own in the hope the sterbi might set them off again
has anyone tried this before?
cheers flash

Why don't you leave the sterbai and the haraldschultzi in their own environment, where they are used to and where the sterbai actually spawns. When the sterbais are spawning aqain than you can put water from the sterbai tank in the haraldschultzi tank, for example.

I wouldn't take the risk to change the conditions for the sterbais while they are spawning now!
