I've noticed that topics I have substribed to do not e-mail me after the page I subscribed to. Is there a way to completely subscribe to that topic?

Yes this came through. It was mostly concerning topics that had more then one page.

I have noticed the same thing, a few times when the topic becomes more than one page then the notifications stop. Its happend 3 times so far on topics i've been watching i think

After doing some testing, I think it might just be that you are going back to the topic before the database gets around to sending out the email.

You are watching this topic, if we leave it a couple of days and then I do another reply, you can then see if you got emails.

I think that's just coincidence (topics with >1 pages will likely be more read, watched and responded to and thus may take longer to react), but let's do this by the book. Please reply to this post and I will reply and you will reply and so on until we are onto a second page and I can check what is happening.
