whitefin cory's

Post by sakanaotoko »

sorry, no digital camera. I bought what was labeled whitefin cory's. Is there a scientific name for these guys and do they require any special care?
Thanks.

They are probably C-141, but I remember having seen some C-110 looking fish also sold under the "white fin" name.

I have a group of C-141 that are kept in rainwater (pH around 6,5, TDS below 100)but the guy I got them from kept them in tapwater a bit harder.

They are not easy to breed. I've come across a German breeding log on them but that's all.
Best regards,
Kim M
