Are these Bearded or another species?

Are these Bearded Corys or another Scleromystax species?
What makes me wonder is the lack of a beige saddle on the back. The two are similar but one has a beige stripe on his forehead but it does not extend down between his eyes.

Lastly do they regrow finage. one is missing a pectoral fin.

Yes, certainly looks like S. barbatus.
Fin tissue will most likely recover, but I'm doubtful with regard to the pectoral spine. Don't think it will.
