When registering new users, it appears that they do not have to give a location any longer.
[And I think the Web-site entry is allowed as well, making the user-list an advertising ground].

Re: "Location" entry no longer enforced.
I had a look at the user control panel for other reasons, and I noticed something: it appears that there are TWO location entries, one with a star to mark it compulsory, and one without the star. My location is in the "without star" place. Maybe this is why there are so many new members that don't show a location.

Re: "Location" entry no longer enforced.
Is this still an issue - I haven't see any "no location" users for a long time.
