When I finished entering the etymology of Chaetostoma platyrhynchus, a bunch of synonyms came up as being altered. I didn't touch the synonyms.

Nothing wrong with data sheet or synonyms list afaics. Are your changes already implemented?

Sorry, I confused it with A.brevifilis. I just updated A.brevipinnis and had the following come up as being altered:
synonym_id: 1440
synonym_id: 1441

I'm certainly no compuwizz, but perhaps the system also shows previous changes to the data sheet. I don't think there's much to it, but if anything is the matter I think Jools will take care of it while implementing your changes.
