Question marks in the "translation" links at bottom of page

Question marks in the "translation" links at bottom of page

The bottom of each page has links to google translate to make spanish, french etc of the current page - but the Spanish and Portuguese strings have lost their special characters and been replaced with a "?".

Obviously not very urgent, but I haven't seen it reported [and it's probably a simple thing to fix - I like those when I've only got a short while to work on something, and I can easily say "I've done something"].
