Hi,
this is my new tank which after many disasters is coming together. Testing out the sump today. tanks is 10ft by 3 ft by 3ft with a 60 gallon sump.
I would like to put the following in it:

spotted doras 4 (got)
syno schoutedini 2 (got)
striped doras 3 (got)
hoplo cats 6 (got)
hassar cats 4
porthole cats 8
poly del 2 (got)
poly sen 1 (got)
chocolate talking cat 3
marbled talking 4
pearl catfish 6
rusty plec 3 (got)
danio giant 10 (got)
megalodoras irwini 2

In the long run at maturity it will be tight but do not want to get a single mega. All my current fish are mature.

I'm particularly interested in any experiences of growth rate for the megas and what decor can be used as at the moment I have all sorts in there. The ones I have available are 10cm.

thanks for any input. Any to avoid ?

Forgot to say I have another tank where the polypterus could stay with my oscars if necessary.

Nice tank.

Is it place in a conservatory or some such? Will that not get hot in the summer?

I have a fish-room that is in a brick-built shed, and it gets warm enough to need to leave the door open during summer.

What a great sized tank - feeling jealous! :ohwell:
Lou: Every young man's fantasy is to have a three-way.
Jacob: Yeah not with another fu**!ng guy!
Lou: It's still a three-way!

Hi,
it is sort of a conservatory but with brick walls. The tank is situated in the shaded side. I have kept a 5ft tank and a pond out thereand the temperatures are fine except for a few days because it is a large area - approx 30 ft by 15 ft.

It isn't in direct sun. I have monitored temps in my other tanks out there and nothing gets too hot.
