Some kind of Parauchenipterus (or Trachelyopterus, depending on who you choose to believe); insignis, maybe?

Without getting too nitty-gritty, what divides the P. from the T.? Or is it simply that one is now to be subsumed in the other?

Trachelyopterus is considered a senior synonym of Parauchenipterus, according to CLOFFSCA.
