Site upload problem

Hi, not sure if this is just me, but when I try to upload a photo for the my aquarium page i get this error:

i tried several different file sizes and types. if it helps, i uploaded a png first and that didnt work so i tried a jpg.

Is this resolved? Surely if it was a real problem, it would have been reported more ...
