Hi,I have decided to get calico bristlenose (see other post).I was wondering how many would be ok in a 55g?Also does anyone have anything on the calico bristlenose genetics?

We had a discussion on the genetics of bristlenoses a while back, so a search for "Calico Ancistrus" would probably find it. If not, try "Calico genetics" or some other combination of "Calico, ANcistrus , Genetics"
As to the numbers, I would say any number from 2 up - if you get a male and a female, you can probably produce as many as you like... They are generally rather easy to breed.
