Looks like whitespot -up the temp to 80F & treat carefully with an anti-whitespot medication - not sure what is available to you, where you are

It does look like the fish has white-spot or one of the other "white spots on the skin" diseases.

I usuually find that just raising the temp is the best result. Less medications the better.

If that doesnt work, use medicaments, but without copperin it. Copper is bad for them, because the copper sinks down and the catfish eat this! I made good experiences with ESHA 2000 and JBL Punctol. :thumbsup:
