Unresized images...
Is the image resizer tool not working correctly [or at all]? There's been a few posts lately where images are super-size [but cropped to match the post-viewing width, so you can't actually see the whole image without messing about...]

Re: Unresized images...
The catelog (catscan) and forum (phpbb3) image resizers are two different things. I've not changed the latter for months - can you give me an example to look at?

It's the BB resizer - here is a thread:

[It may of course be a problem my end, but I haven't knowingly changed anything]

Re: Unresized images...
Chaps,
I think you're a but confused. In phpbb2 we had a custom image resizer because we couldn't upload attachments to forum posts. In phpbb3, there isn't an image resizer for img tags but images can be uploaded and are resized.
Are you saying you wish me to add an image resizer to phpbb3 now?

Re: Unresized images...
I'm not sure - the real problem is that the picture is clipped in width - so whilst we can see the whole picture in height, only part of it is visible sideways - I have no problem scrolling around on the screen to see the whole image, but when you can't even do that to see it, I fail to see the point in showing the image at all, really.
Edit: It is of course the original posters fault for posting 2+Kpixel wide images that can't be viewed on a 1400 pixel wide screen [and 1400 pixel wide isn't exactly narrow, IMO].
