No, I'm sure these are fingerlings from aquaculture that for some unknown reason is being sold for ornamental use - they are wholly unsuitable for domestic size aquariums.

No, species can hybridize in nature, but it is far less common than in captivity when we can do it on purpose.

yes there is evidence of (rare) occurances of hybridised wild fish but this example has numerous small individuals which clearly suggests commercial breeding, not w/c as advertised.
