Silicone Lubricant
Does anyone know a UK Brand of Silicone Lubricant thats aquarium safe as I need to lubricate the "O" rings on the external UV Filter prior to fitting and as its a item thats an annual change with the UV bulb I wanted to get the right stuff?

Re: Silicone Lubricant
Eheim (and other manufacturers) supply a small pouch of "special grease", which I believe is a silicon based grease. It is certainly the right thing to use for the big O-ring on the filters. Your LFS most likely has some sort of compatible product in stock.
Or perhaps you can find some "food safe" silicon spray... This was the first hit on Google - I didn't try to find one for the UK, but I'd be very surprised if there isn't one... Considering the small amount you'd need, I'd say that sort of container would last almost forever, and would be fish-safe even if it doesn't explicitly say so.
