Trying to find ....

I'm trying to find a very good PDF file about Rainbowfish posted somewhere on one of the 2 forums that I use
(this is one and http://www.eacichlid.co.uk is the other)
The file is actually a complete book with over 400 pages about Rainbows and I cant find it
I had saved it on my sons PC because my laptop was broken but the little #*&?#! has deleted it before I could transfer it to my memory stick
Can anyone remember seeing it on here ?
