L134 Sick? or Injured?

Hey there i just notice one of my L134 has some white markings on them its either it was fighting with another male or its sick im not sure can you please help me out attach are some photos i took with my phone thanks.

I suspect its been in a fight. I wouldn't use meds at this point, but keep a close eye on it just in case it develops. Good clean water will most likely sort it.

They are probably the nicest L134s I've seen.

It does look like abrasions caused by fighting etc
