I have 3 brown hoplos in my tank ,the largest one has started blowing a mass of thick white bubbles ans the two smaller ones protect these bubbles from the other fish
Is this a breeding activity?our are they just weard

The male building a bubble nest is part of the breeding process. It is of course not the same as "breeding".

And I've moved this post to the correct area of Callichthyidae. It is not a Corydoradinae, but it is still a Callichthyidae.
