Interesting find, Taksan! Wish I'd never seen it  but now that I did - It does appear like they are serious... about shaking up and spicing up the tank-cleaning world. The concept is not novel though and bears resemblance to a car wash performed by girls in... well, some kind of interest-arousing outfits: water, dirt, dolled up ladies, suggestive behavior, novelty/inappropriateness of the situation, etc. are a proven recipe for success, just that IMHO I don't think they want to attain success in that risque way...

The concept likely stems further into the darkness of ages and is related to why men are attracted to French maids, for instance... or to just maids - another woman in the house, you know...

Interestingly too, if they are successful, that might mean that the vast majority of fish keepers are single heterosexual men  , at least in their area...

Or at least a sufficiently large proportion are heterosexual males... I think the fishkeeping hobby fairly well represents the general population, with a slight skew perhaps towards the more technologically interested in this world [not saying it's a requirement by any means, and some questions I see in places clearly suggest a bit of lack of innovativity/technical understanding - but of course, we don't see the "questions not asked because the person figured it out themselves"].

I like their sense of humor

although the redhead with the blue navy suit and hat scares the bejezus outta me; her chin's bigger than Quentin Tarantino's
I'll bet you can break beerbottles on it and don't scratch it up

not someone I'd want to bump into in some back alley

the Asian girl with the white sailors hat is awfully cute, though!
but I'm biased when it comes to Oriental ladies.... me likes em big time

Geez, I wasn't sure if I was totally appalled and offended or highly amused. Then I saw the fishhouseboys.com idea. Okay, I'm amused. No price for the "services."
Bad, bad, I'm bad. Pathetic that this is the only thread I've commented on in a while...

My B-Day is coming up. Now I know what to ask for. Any chance I'll get Erica (my wife) to do all my water changes in a teddy while I sit in a chair and drink beer?
