Thanks!
Owner decided that is 260. But there are no spots around, only detailed good quality labyrinth.

What kind of view do you need for correct identification?

Do 411 breeding successfully with 260 or 333 in one couple? Its hard to find correct units in one place ))

As far I know they crossbred very successfully.
Owner decided that is 260.
L411 is often confused with L260.
And it is just my point of view that it is L411. May be I'm wrong. But this one looks like more mine L411, not L260.
What kind of view do you need for correct identification?
I think the view from above could help with sexing.

Thanks folks!

The lady-owner is very confused (she belived that is Queen A.), but I will deliver to her your best compliments.

Negotiations with her (owner) about this individual are continuing. You will have new top view soon.

I think this is a male. Based on the thick pectorial ray and odonthodes on them. And also the odonthodes on the jaw seem quit long.

Thanks for the compliment.
The L260 are wild caught fish and came to me as adults. I have no idea how old they are, sorry.
I am not so familiar with L411 so I don't know if these males also differ so much from the females when in breeding condition. As you show only the one fish I can't compare with others of it's kind.

Wait to hear from the others here on the forum :icon-wink:

kouen,

It is hard to tell. As for me it is a female, because adult L411 males are darker and has hairy back.
But your fish, not the same L411 as I have.

What size is it?

I accordance to owner story this one came wild and already “big” too, just a few month before delivery of 260 from nature was blocked totally.
This one is small 8-9 sm only. So for me it is the trigger, because my L181 young male is 12+ sm now(3 month ago he was 7-8! ). That fish (411) living in excellent 300 l “green” tank without heavy “fish” load and pressure from the side of stronger pleco males 1-1,5 year
