I get this:

I have submitted the fix for this into the version control system some time ago (I ran into it on my local system). Jools is a bit busy this weekend, so it may take a few days to get it working.

@Jools: #158 fixes this.

I tested only to go into the page, I didn't try submitting.

Hmmmm. I filled it all in then got this when I tried to submit :(( :
Fatal error: Call to undefined function pc_send_email() in /home/webcat/planetcatfish.com/forum/includes/planetcatfish/my_blog_save.php on line 211


Before it crashed, the 'add food' function didn't seem to be working as I could only pick one food type.

The limit on "one food at a time" is a known problem - Jools has promised to fix that.

I'll fix the "pc_email" problem (in a way that hopefully also makes it harder to repeat that problem!)

I got the following error when adding food:
"General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Out of range value adjusted for column 'parent_id' at row 1 [1264]

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.
"
I was trying to add JBL Nova Fect, which did not exist.

I have submitted a fix for this to Jools, but Jools being busy (and my change also containing a few other changes to do with other work, making the code-review before going live slightly bigger).

In this case, the parent ID is needed for the "food category" - which in the current code is absolutely broken (in the case of "new foods")...
