Where to find Ferraris Catfish book

I'd still recommend Ferraris' Catfish in the Aquarium over this one. Since the latter is not easily available
It's not that hard to find if you know where to look.

eBay, Aquabid and half.com, to name a few.
Lots of people are selling the book, and there aren't that many buyers (otherwise, we'd have seen higher prices).
