Size of an aquarium to breed l-14

What do you think is the minimun size of an aquarium to breed the L-14?
The size of this fish may be 12 inches (30 cm).

700-1000 L

minimum 600l but with lots of space on the bottom better in sq ft which would be min 15.

are they possible to breed? I have 2 11inches and an 14inch.. but all look like females no odontodes.. havent checked the ondontodes on the gills though..
