(3993) L. crassilabris already exists as T. crassilabris, so replaced with Chaetostoma breve.
(3994) L. crassirostris moved to T. crassirostris.
(3995) L. herzensteini moved to T. herzensteini.
(3996) L. longibarbus moved to T. longibarbus.
(3997) L. longirostris already exists T. longirostris, so replaced with Chaetostoma brevilabiatum.
(3999) L. tenuifurcatus renamed to T. tenuifurcatus.

This leaves the following Leiocassis:
