my catfish is peach in colour and about 3 inches.
it doesent have barbels or whiskers.
and is there any way to sex it

Err, you need to give us much more than that to go on.

Any chance of a picture? How do you know it is a catfish if it doesn't have any barbles. Does it have a suckermouth? What did they call it when you bought it? Need more info! Also, and at the risk of sounding like a broken record, can you please tell us where in the world you are (via your profile) so that that piece of information can be fed into the reply. We need to find out what it is before you can sex it!

they said it was a catfish when i bought it and it has a sucker mouth

hi!

Sounds like the chocolate albino pleco thing...pretty bad job of fishkeeping that you didnt get info on this fish before you bought it! How big is your tank anyway and how is it set up?
