Looks like the database has been updared, but the image hasn't (or the images were restored from a backup or some such?).
I think only Jools has the capacity to fix this - unless the updater can submit the change again and just replace this image.

Great spot HH.
Something happened here after Marks image was added. I've restored it from a backup taken in November. With thousands of images in the database these thing will happen, but a little surprised as this, I don't think, has been changed for a while.
Any way, resolved.
