Aquariums and pet stores in New Jersey

Hi Everyone

I am visiting family in New Jersey, just wondering
if there are any good aquariums or pet shops which have
a great selection of L-numbers catfish. I am located in Demarest NJ.
Any help would be much Apreciated.

Shark Aquarium in Newark NJ? They don't specialize in fancy plecos, but they had a few when I visited last year. They have a huge selection of large predatory catfish and cichlids.

Shark Aquarium in Hillside as mentioned above. Absolutely Fish in Clifton probably has a slightly better selection of L#'s. AquaScape Online in Belleville (call ahead to make sure someone will be there) is probably your best bet for L#'s--Pedro usually has a good deal in stock at any one time. Tropiquarium in Ocean is nice, but a bit of a drive for you. There is also Pet Shanty in Scotch Plains--I have never been there but I hear it is one of the better LFS's in NJ. Sadly, many of the nicer mom-n-pop stores near me have closed within the past 5 years.
