Clupisoma garua from the Bhagirathi river at Chakdah, Nadia district, West Bengal, India. Another schilbeid that is rarely seen in the trade.

I doubt it, I've only ever seen one species for sale in the trade (at Pier Aquatics, UK). You'd need a well connected importer and a fair amount of cash to get a decent shoal (and they are best kept in shoals).

I hear there is a decline in the availability of this fish at the landing centres over here.

Not sure, this species seems to have a pretty wide distribution.
