My big male is probably about 11 inches and I think I also have a 6 inch male as well.

lol. he is doing well. very slowly putting weight on. Tried to de worm him with repashy gel food with panacur in it, but he wouldn't eat it. so I treated the whole tank. He is a really aggressive eater, but just wish he would put more weight on. Even my female I feed her a fair amount too and she stays on the skinny side. I won't risk combining them until he gets some more weight on

Yeah, give it some more time. It could take a while before they get used to a new way of life in captivity. These batch were skinny 3-inchers when I got them. Good luck!
