Fascinating article that I came across recently. Polar bears crossing with grizzly bears, beluga whales crossing with narwhals...

That IS interesting. Witnessing evolution as climate changes. I'd imagine it'll take much time for protection to be extended to hybrids involving endangered species. Would take mega bucks to set up a breeding program to *restore* / *re-create* endangered species using the hybrids.

ditto that..... I am sure the same thing happened before but this time the changes are caused by man-made activities
