When browsing the cat-elog by L Number the following behaviour happens.
Clicking on the congeners link seems to work correctly.
Clicking on the picture or L Number link gives the following message
"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare logging() in /home/webcat/aquaticrepublic.com/common/constants/_constants.php on line 16"
Tried it with L001, 002, 003
