Raising adolfoi fry issues
I have a spawning group of adolfi but the raising of the fry is troublesome.
They get to a certain size then die, tried bare bottom tanks, sand in tank, water changes with water the same temperature, feeding more, feeding less, heavy water flow, no flow, light flow. Ph 6.8, nitrates 10-15ppm nitrites 0ppm ammonia 0ppm.
is there anyone here who has successfully raised fry got any tips?
Thanks

Years ago - I had similar issues with them and found that keeping the fry in water no more than 4 inches (10 cm) of depth till they were 6+ weeks old solved that problem for me.

Did you have any kind of filtration or did you do daily water changes? I've got a batch of eggs hatching at the moment so I'll give it a try with them.

floating water sprite and some small air bubblers and daily partial water changes. When I increased the depth I added a small foam filter
