My LFS has been getting in unidentified plecos from their importer and of course I get them. The last 2 unidentified ones ended up being awesome deals. It is wild caught. In the pictures you can't see the red edge to his dorsal fin similar to a mangos. So here it is

That fish definitely needs some TLC, but otherwise, Nice find!

I think you may of hit the nail on the head that was quick. If it isn't an L076 I think it's close
