Recently added an L095 to my tank. While it seemed to behave OK and has been eating, it's eyes have begun to sink a bit. I was concerned it wasn't getting enough food (it's ~12") so fed more but that hasn't helped. This morning I noticed it's feces are very white, almost slimy looking. Please see pics below.
As I understand it, this is indicative of an internal parasite. I've never encountered this issue so am looking for a bit of guidance in treating. Just ordered a bottle of Prazipro, will get anything else if there are more appropriate options.
Advice is appreciated!

Nice fish they are very high on my wish list, as soon as I get a big enough tank!
I would start with Flubendazole if I suspected internal parasites. It's different to Fenbendazole (commonly used for cats and dogs, etc.) in that it's absorbed through the skin rather than having to convince them to eat anything.
There are various treatments available but I find Flubendazole gentle on the fish and it doesn't appear to affect the bacteria in the filter either.
Good luck, I'd be nice to see any pictures you have of the whole fish.

Thanks for the reply. I'll go ahead and order some flubendazole. In the meantime, is this something that may be benefited by Prazipro?
I have a couple pictures of this fish on my phone, will post some later for you. It's truly an amazing pleco. Massive but a gentle giant. It also regularly surfs the current in my tank and just hovers mid water. I've never seen this behavior with any of my other plecos.
