I was told this was a "Pixie Catfish". Google doesn't seem to find that. There is a "Spiney Pixie Cat" that doesn't look the same. They are 6-7" long and I was told full grown.
They kinda look like the Shark Catfish with much longer barbels and no black stripe on the dorsal fin.
I doubting all I was told, so I figured I'd go to the experts.

I am guessing Pimelodus blochii sometimes called by sellers striped pictus catfish. They are commonly returned to stores at 6" after they had eaten all their tank mates.
