This might be Ancistrus caucanus.

I don't know if it has any bearing on the subject...but I've seen the name "cucuta" posted on several different Ancistrus spp. in the past.

From what fishbase lists, this isn't a valid species...would they just be naming them after the city in Venezuela?

there is a L150 cuccuta in our lfs but it doesnt look quite like that one.
