one of them is that they have eight barbels (instead of two, for Kryptopterus minor), and that thesebarbels can be "tucked" away under their belly, as shown this pic.

second is that over all they have more black pigment then Kryptopterus minor. They have a dark band across the body, and the top and bottom of their body have more back pigment.

Also, they are usually more transparent, more like the glass cat. But I think they turned opaque from the stress of me trying to take their pictures.
