Can cetopsis catfishes mix with brackish water fishes?

Can cetopsis catfishes mix with brackish water fishes?
I now have a brackish water set-up. It is about 150 gal and contains 2 moray eels. I know this sounds ridiculous but can a 10 cm cetopsis catfish live in brackish water, let alone with moray eels? I am obviously not going to try that but I am just curious.
